Content: Communications may include newsletters, special offers, future event announcements, and updates regarding this pickleball vacation.

Opt-Out: I understand that I can unsubscribe or "opt-out" at any time by contacting Lucy.Kitcher@gmail.com

2. Liability Waiver & Release

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Lucy Kitcher Pickleball Vacation, I hereby agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that pickleball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to trips, falls, collisions, heat-related illness, and joint or muscle injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Lucy Kitcher Vacations, its employees, instructors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of my participation in this event.

Medical Fitness: I represent that I am in sufficient physical condition to participate in pickleball activities and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

Photo/Media Release: I grant Lucy Kitcher permission to use my likeness in photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

3. Signature & Acknowledgment:I have read the above Marketing Consent and Liability Waiver and fully understand their terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing this document.
